I always enjoy your homilies. However, this one does present a challenge. It is very easy to enjoy Christmas with those we care for…not so much with those we do not like. Thank you for reminding me of this and the challenge to do better.
I was blessed to spend Christmas with Friends and Parishioners. But also have opportunity to visit some people in Hospitals on Christmas Day. It is difficult to be with those who suffer in such joyful time. Sometimes it’s all we can do. Pray and be with those who have difficult moments in their lives.
