Holy Spirit – breath of God Ruah . This tells me that as a breathing is crucial part of my life so also Holy Spirit is meant to be so crucial too  But What happens when we quit breathing?

We die because we cannot live and function without breathing

 

And similar we cannot really and truly function as a Christians without Holy Spirit

Without him breathing in me.

But unfortunately very often we attempt to and as a result we live without life in us

Without fulfillment joy peace kindness patience generosity positive attitude humility fidelity modesty self control chastity and love

 

Today is the day to once again cry out to God:

Cleanse me. Make me your vessel.

Take away from me everything that separates me from you

Take away from me everything that makes me close on you

Take away from me everything that leads me to sin

Make me a new

Crush the walls of unforgiveness lust jealousy hatred unbelief and renew me in your spirit o God

 

Question is: do I really want such drastic changes in my life?

Do I really want to live as a Saint.

Do I really want to be led by the Sprit and fallow him, go wherever he want me to go..

If not then at least I can pray:

God give me at least the desire to desire what you want me desire.

 

We heard in the Acts of Apostles that as they receive Holy Spirit they begin to talk in tongs and everyone around heard them speaking in their own language

Its not only about speaking in tongs, although it is beautiful gift given to praise God

But most of all when we receive Holy Spirit , when we live in the Spirit not in Body, when we deny desires of the Body and fallow Spirit which dwells in us

then God help us in tremendous way to speak in others languages

how?

When we can communicate, we can understand each other, we come closer to each other we can love each other better

Through the Presence of The Spirit God takes us out from our isolation, loneliness, sadness, pain, and let us be closer with each other

What are the languages that everyone around us can understand when we talk?

Nothing really surprising but how difficult it is to speak in those languages we cannot make it on our own

 

Let us cry out to God to fill us with His Spirit and us ahe Enabled Apostles to preach his Gospel to all nations

as he gave them courage and love to die for him  as he let the be understood by everyone around them

so may he fill us with His Spirit too.

May he make us able to speak in languages of those around us in language of
